INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Individual and shared sessions are available to players of all abilities, experience levels and aspirations. We are confident that we can assist you in developing your game; the Legends coaching staff will take time to discuss with you exactly what you would like from your individual training.
We understand there are many reasons why adults decide to have individual tuition from learning the basics, improving techniques, implementing effective tactics, playing practice points or to just get on court to hit lot of balls and have a good workout; we will tailor the sessions to support this.
We also offer individual tennis fitness sessions. Depending on your requirements these sessions offer cardio fitness, tennis specific fitness or on/off court rehabilitation sessions.
Individual sessions may be booked for 30, 45 or 60 minutes and are available throughout weekdays, evenings and weekends. Fees for individual sessions vary depending on the LTA qualification of the coach; for more information or to make a booking please call the club reception on 01992 476880.
