Legends Tennis UK is an LTA Performance Centre, experienced in identifying and nurturing young talent and with a proven record of developing players to a regional level and above.

The Mini-Tennis Academy programme is designed on three foundations, instrumental in developing confident and competent young tennis players.

CHILDREN LOVE TO PLAY

Children are engaged and enthused by fun and exciting environments with varied and rewarding activities.
The Academy delivers structured and purposeful training designed to develop core tennis, athletic and competition skills.  The programme is delivered by experienced coaches who never lose sight of the fact that children love to play and have fun!
We aim to increase the number of children playing tennis while inspiring a desire to play the game to a high level.

CHILDREN LOVE LEARNING NEW SKILLS

Children love to achieve success and are motivated by the challenge of learning new skills.
We understand that long-term progress is more important than short-term results and that in the right environment all children have the potential to progress. 
We structure our training to maximise the opportunity for progress and success. We praise focused, determined practice and encourage self-pride in accomplishing new skills.
We aim to develop independent and determined young tennis players who strive for excellence and see that improving is fun.

CHILDREN LOVE TO FEEL PART OF SOMETHING

Children thrive in environments where they feel an important part of a team while also being cared for as an individual.
Our Academy delivers coach to player ratios where individualised attention and support is a key part of the training structure.  To maximise improvement we tap into children’s motivations and help children learn to work as a team and have the confidence to compete independently.
We are passionate about nurturing a love for tennis and creating an environment where children feel motivated and happy in their training.
